Hayes is a follower of modern basketball. He uses a lot of shots under the basket and beyond the three-point line. He won the gold medal in the European Championship and the silver medal in the FIBA Under-17 World Cup at a young age. This allowed him to gain a lot of experience in major competitions. What he needs to do is to infect the team more in series, in terms of defense and organization.
