Bitadze is a member of the Georgian national basketball team. He was selected for the national team at EuroBasket 2017 and made his debut in the 2017 FIBA World Cup qualifiers. Previously, Bitadze represented Georgia at the FIBA junior level. Selected by the Pacers with the 18th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
70% of his free throws are enough to show his shooting touch. Like many European giants, Bitadze has skills and ball quotient, but he has not tried too much from beyond the three-point line. The giants who shot are not very popular in the league. As a 19-year rookie, Bitadze still hopes to practice three-pointers in the future and become a core rotation player.
