In college, he studied at Louisiana State University (senior season) and averaged 7.1 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.7 steals per game.
In 2009, Temple participated in the NBA draft and was not selected, and then joined the Rockets’ Summer League. He signed with the Rockets in the same year, but was soon fired. Temple has “wandered” the Rockets, Kings, Spurs, Bucks, Bobcats, Wizards, Grizzlies and other teams in his NBA career. Until August 8, 2021, Temple was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.
