Darius Garland, born on January 26, 2000), native of Gary, Indiana, is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the NBA Cleveland Cavaliers.
Garland studied at Vanderbilt University. In the first month of his freshman basketball career, he scored 24 points successively, and 33 points showed his excellent scoring ability. In the same month, unfortunately, he injured his knee and was reimbursed for the season. The following year, Garland announced his participation in the NBA draft, and was selected by the Cavaliers to enter the NBA in the fifth place in the first round in 2019.
In the first two years of his NBA career, Garland hadn’t played more than 60 games in the regular season. He had a history of injuries since college. In terms of health, Garland was not a very good player. However, he showed his scoring ability in the second season. He was able to score 17 points with 45% field goal percentage and nearly 40% three-point shooting percentage. He can’t survive in the NBA.
