After the game, Bucks coach Budenholzer accepted an interview with reporters.
When talking about Antetokounmpo’s situation, Budenholzer said that Antetokounmpo and someone else hit his knee, but he was not 100% sure when it happened.
“The basic update I’ve got is that he’s injured his knee and he’s not going to be back. So we’ll see how he feels tomorrow and then evaluate him and watch that every day.
”
About the last minute of the first quarter, Antetokounmpo felt uncomfortable in his knee. After throwing the ball to Carter, he signaled Budden to call a timeout, and he limped back to the locker room.
