Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports presents The Sonoma Sol Six - Six Hour Endurance Mountain Bike Race. The race will be held at
Lake Sonoma
from the Liberty Glenn Campground located in the scenic coastal foothills of Sonoma County, California. The area provides rich
natural diversity and is surrounded by world famous vineyards. The 5 mile loop will feature mainly singletrack trails with great climbs and twisting
descents. The course will provide an exciting mountain bike endurance race location!

Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports provides scenic courses, well-stocked aid stations, clearly-marked trails and GPS-measured courses.
All participants will receive custom shirts and generous Racer bags.
The overall top 3 male and female athletes will receive a
complimentary single event entry into their choice of races directed by Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports.
Following the
event, we will have an award ceremony with dinner and quality raffle giveaways. Awards will be given to the top three athletes and teams in the
following divisions:

Solo Division

Men's Solo and Women's Solo - Racers in this division must be 16 years or older.

Solo Division- 10 year age groups (16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+)

Single-Speed

2- and 3-Person Team Divisions

2-Person Team Male, 2-Person Team Female, 2-Person Team Mixed

3-Person Team Male, 3-Person Team Female and 3-Person Team Mixed

Minimum Age Requirement

All participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign a release waiver. All participants under the age of 18 must have a
parent or legal guardian present on site for the entire duration of the event. Participants must be a minimum of 14 years of age in team divisions.

Team Rules

Team racers can ride in their order of preference. Each rider on a team must complete at least one lap. One person must be designated as the
captain. Captains will be in charge of team registration and group correspondence prior and during the race if any issues or concerns may arise.

Solo Rules

Solos- we will be here cheering for you (so go hard)

Packet Pickup, Race-Day Registration/Check-In and Parking

Registration id through www.active.com.  Race documents (waivers, course rules, details, etc) will be emailed to each solo racer or team captain
4 weeks prior to the event, or following your registration, if your registration falls within the 4 weeks prior to the event. This will include all details
about the event. Race day pickup will also be available from 7:00 am to 8:45 am at Start/Finish Registration Area. Signs will be marked at the
entrance directing you to the Start/Finish and Parking areas.

First Aid, Water Stations, Restrooms and Spectators

First Aid, Water and Refreshment and electrolyte-replacement stations will available at the Start/Finish. Park restroom facilities and portable
toilets will be available at the Start/Finish area. Spectators are welcome!

Directions

Lake Sonoma is outside of Geyserville, about an hour and a half north of San Francisco via the 101.  From the SF Bay Area, head north the
101 north to the Dry Creek Rd exit in Healdsburg, and go left.  Stay on Dry Creek Rd.  The road will makes a 90 degree turn at the base of the
dam. Stay on this road up the hill to the bridge. Continue two more miles until you see a sign for the entrance to Liberty Glen Campground. Turn
left into the Liberty Glen Campground and stay to the left. The racer-check in and start/finish will be at the end of Parking Lot D & E.
