Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports presents The Napa Valley Stomp Trail Run at Skyline Wilderness Park on October 3, 2009. The
course features beautiful rolling hills with climbs along oak-covered trails with great views of Napa Valley and the surrounding hills.  The run is
named after the olde-world style grape stomp for which Vintners prepared the harvested grapes for processing. Following the race you can visit
all the famous Vineyards of Napa. The course will be mostly single-track with some double-track trails. The 5k trail run is ideal for trail runners
looking for a shorter distance event. The 10k is great for intermediate and advanced runners, and the 10 Miler will be a scenic and challenging
course with some longer ascents and descents. Trail terrain may include roots, rocks and mud.

Sierra-Cascade Adventure Racing Sports provides scenic courses, well-stocked aid stations, clearly-marked trails and GPS-measured courses.
All participants will receive custom shirts and racer bags, an award ceremony with refreshments and raffle giveaways will follow the event.
Awards will be given to the top three athletes in each 10 year age-groups: 19-under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

Adventure Racing Sports.
